Service Extension Allowance Program

The Bangor Gas Service Extension Allowance Program provides free service extension piping (measured from the street to the meter location) for residential and commercial customers. Annual usage for end-use appliances is estimated to determine the amount of free service extension a customer can receive. A typical residence converting their water and central heating systems to gas could receive approximately 100 feet of service extension pipe at no charge depending on the actual load. Neighbor-to-Neighbor Program

This program rewards existing Bangor Gas residential customers for each new prospective lead that results in a signed service agreement and commencement of natural gas service.
